Chapter 18: The True Meaning of Checks and Balances

Something soft and hot touched his lips.

The moment Shun realized he was being kissed, their lips parted before meeting once again.

“Wait, what… Mm!”

At last, Shun decided that this was the sort of situation he should be resisting and cried out. Their kiss deepened as if to keep him from speaking anymore.

Craig’s wet tongue intertwined with Shun’s, and every part of Shun’s mouth felt connected to Craig’s.¹ His body temperature rose rapidly for the first time.

With his lips captured, Craig’s long fingers unhooked his collar. Shun’s jacket and shirt had all been loosely buttoned up before bedtime. However, instead of dealing with them, Craig pulls at his shirt with enough force that the buttons pop off.

“Ah, Craig!”

Shun managed to twist around and turn his back to Craig to escape. His lips were released with very little resistance when he gasped out, but there was no answer. Craig climbed over Shun’s back, burying his face into the exposed neck. There was a bit of pain, and Shun realized he had been bitten. It felt a little nice. Soft, blonde hair tickled his ears, and roughly exhaled warm breath puffed up around his neck. The weight pressed against his back is hot and heavy. Shun attempted to escape it, but his body was too strong, and he didn’t move much.

Craig’s lips and tongue traveled down his exposed, white back reaching his shoulder blades when his large hands slipped inside Shun’s torn shirt, groping and teasing his chest. Craig’s long, soft fingers found his exposed nipples, and Shun trembled so much that the bed shook.

A hot breath leaked from Craig’s mouth, moistening Shun’s skin. It was like he was being laughed at.

Shun’s cheeks flushed. The sweet, numbing sensation that came from his chest traveled all the way to his waist. Shun held his hands over his mouth in a desperate attempt to hold back his voice. But it soon became futile.

“Hey! That’s… ah!”

Just as Craig gently bit his earlobe, his tongue slipped against his unprotected ear. A wet, indecent sound resounded loudly in his ear. A voice that could only be described as cute leaked from between Shun’s fingers.

Shun hadn’t known that his chest and ears were so sensitive, even though it was really his entire body. His whole body was covered from behind, and Shun’s ignorance was exposed.

“Hm, mm… ah!”

Shun was flipped back onto his back, and he faced Craig once more before Craig leaned down, capturing one of his nipples with his mouth. The warm and wet mouth teased him, and a feeling he couldn’t resist rose up from his lower limbs. His hands that had been pushing back against Craig’s broad shoulders had lost their strength and could only grasp at his clothes.

“Mm.”

The lips that met his again were hot, and Craig’s skilled, wet tongue entangled with his and stole his breath. His heart beat annoyingly loud in his ears, and he could feel Craig’s own loud heartbeat as well.

Shun began to wonder why he wasn’t resisting. Every kiss and touch that Craig gave him was irresistible, and he wanted to immerse himself in that feeling.

Craig exhaled deeply once before naturally sliding his hand down against Shun’s trousers.

“Wait! Wait!”

When Shun regained his rationality, he quickly sat up and grabbed Craig’s hand. However, he was quickly shaken off and pushed back into the sheets. His lips were reclaimed, and Shun helplessly accepted Craig’s probing tongue.

There were various questions filling Shun’s mind, such as why Craig was a wolf in the first place, or why he was attacking Shun. However there would be no answer, only the sloppy sounds of kisses on his ears. His thoughts grew more and more distracted.

Despite having a little trouble with the finely crafted, belt buckle, Craig soon freed Shun from his pants and underwear. The smooth texture of the sheet fabric was a bit cold against his bare skin.

“Hm, ah…!”

Shun attempted to turn away at the shock of the touch at his most sensitive place. Unfortunately, he was obstructed by the disheveled sheets and the large body that hovered over him. Adrenaline rushed through his veins. His heat that had already begun to grow from before rose completely for Craig.

“Oh, oh…! Ah!”

Every time a long finger moved over him, heat built up inside of him. This was the first time he had ever been touched by someone, and Shun’s voice flowed out uncontrollably. Soon the wet sounds began to grow louder, and the the erogenous feeling increased even more with his own sense of shame. Shun felt so good that he was certain that he was going crazy.

Even though he wasn’t feeling sad, tears gathered in the corners of his eyes as if looking for a place to escape. He was clinging tightly to Craig’s back before he even realized.

“Ah, that’s why I told you to stay away…”

Shun looked up at Craig’s word that seemed to blame Shun, or rather, himself. Craig’s handsome face, reflected in his moist eyes, was very distorted. He misunderstood Shun’s tears as caused by fear and pain. Shun realized vaguely.

“You’re kind…”

Despite his uncontrollable breathing, Shun managed mutter this involuntarily. His thoughts were a mess, but he was sure of this.

Craig was a kind person. When he realized that this might happen, he tried to keep Shun away. All of his mysterious words and actions suddenly made sense.

Craig’s eyes widened for a moment, and he immediately laughed in a self-deprecating way. His smile was so bitter that Shun was at a loss for words.

“What are you saying in this situation?”

“Craig…”

Shun’s thighs were pressed opened with a leg, and he breathed quietly. He could feel the large thing pressing against him, and he had no choice but to accept how excited Craig was by this situation. At the same time, the movement of his hands resumed more intensely than before. It was if he was refusing to hear anything that Shun had to say anymore.

“Hmm, ah, hmm… nh! Ah!”

His back bounced several times under the fierce movement. Shun was a little afraid of his own reaction because all he could think about was pursuing that growing feeling inside of him. The only kiss Craig gave him was gentle.

“Oh, oh –!”

With his arms around Craig’s strong neck and their lips pressed together, Shun climaxed. His floating body sunk back into the sheets again, the fibers rubbing against his shoulder blades. The sound of his heart beat was so loud. Shun looked up at Craig, dumbfounded and floating in the afterglow.

Leaving Shun on the bed, Craig violently pulled off his clothes, tossing them to the floor.

His well-proportioned body was beautiful and statuesque. There was something that looked like a black tattoo on his right collarbone. It had a design with several acute angles, but Shun couldn’t even think about dedicating it to memory.

His hot, passionate gaze was irresistible, and Shun’s heart leapt when he met Craig’s eyes, knowing it was too late. Shun was kissed more times than he could count, and he no longer knew which way was up. His body trembled again.

Craig’s tongue teased his own, and Craig’s skin was so hot that he was reminded that they were not finished yet. Contrary to his greedy kiss, Craig slowly touched his shaft this time. The room was filled with a wet sound, and as Shun realized this was because of him, he almost died of embarrassment.

“Ah….”

A hot, wet tip rubbed up against Shun’s inner thigh, and he felt like it was even bigger than before and felt himself growing excited again. Craig lifted Shun’s waist, slipping a finger behind him. The wet finger easily found the spot it was looking for and began to tease the entrance. Shun, suddenly feeling an unfamiliar feeling, was seized with fear.

“No, stop! Don’t!”

Shun understood what Craig was trying to do and resisted. It was too unknown and scary there.

He shook his head and looked up at Craig, his face wet with tears and sweat. That was the most resistance he had shown so far, and the initiative was entirely on him.

Craig removed his finger with a single breath.

“I’m sorry, but bear with me a little longer.”

“Oh…. nh, ah!”

Craig wrapped a hand around the both of them and began to rub them simultaneously. The pair of different size and color pressed and rubbed up against each other with the movement of his palm. An intense feeling spread all across his body.

The both of them leaked with excitement against each other and made obscene sounds. Shun closed his eyes at the sinful sight. However, there was no escape, and Craig’s rough, laborious breath ghosted across his ear, and heat crept along his spine.

The rough, calluses on Craig’s palm stimulated Shun’s most sensitive spots. The thought of it being because of Craig’s sword training made his trembling grow worse again.

“Ah, don’t do that…! I’m going to cum again…”

His tip was given even more attention at his words, and Shun opened his eyes. His bangs were glued to his forehead sexily, and Shun’s heart jumped at the sight.

The warm, amber irises now only reflected Shun in them.

“Ah! Nn, Mm…!!”

Pleasure surged up through him. His vision blurred, and his hips moved on their own.

Shun didn’t understand anything.

However, he didn’t want to be seen like this by Craig’s golden eyes, so he curled an arm around Craig’s neck and pressed their lips together. After a moment of hesitation, Craig hugged Shun painfully tight.

In the boiling heat, he heard Craig’s growling voice and felt something hot splash against his stomach. It mixed with Shun’s and slowly flowed down his body towards the sheets. Shun shuddered at the feeling of the thick liquid.
